Payment Options
Payments by Credit Card
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. Make
sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date.
For your protection, we security check all credit card orders.
Payments by Money Order, Wire Transfer or Certified Check
Note that payment via these methods is only available for orders
placed during normal business hours via our live operators.
Your order will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your
payment. Please do not send cash.
Warranty (on Damaged or Defective Items)
Inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping
related breakage immediately to the carrier. Used items still
under manufacturers warranty may have to be inspected by a factory
representative before a refund or exchange can be authorized.
Priority Shipping
We are glad to accommodate any priority shipping requirements,
such as Next Business Day, 2nd Business Day, 3rd Business Day,
Saturday, etc. Phone or fax your order before 3:30 pm EST, Monday
through Friday, and your order will be shipped that day. Overseas
shipping is also available, call us for more details.
Handling Charge
There is NO handling charge.
Shipping Charges and Freight Policy
Due to Certain freight carriers' specifications, some items are
subject to an additional oversize/non-box charge in addition to
our normal handling charges.
- Oversize Charge depends on the size of the package.
- Non-Box Charge $5.99
Backorder Policy
Even with our large inventory a backorder will happen,. Once
in a while, the demand for certain items may overwhelm the manufacturer's
ability to keep us supplied with adequate stock. In situations
like this, we make every effort to cross-reference the part to
a comparable manufacturer's line. If cross-referencing is not
an option, and you have to wait for a part, we will not bill you
until that part is shipped to you. If the backordered item happens
to be part of a larger order that has already been shipped to
you, we'll pay the handling on that backordered part. Note: Due
to variations in manufacturer shipping times, active backorders
are kept open for a maximum of 60 days. If we haven't received
the item from the manufacturer after this time, the backorder
will be cancelled, at which time you may re-order or substitute
a similar item. It is very important to us that you are completely
satisfied with your entire order, every time. If you have any

How to Make a Return
If you are not completely satisfied, return the new/unused item
in the original box prepaid within 90 days with a copy of the
invoice for a refund/exchange.
When making a return, your help is really appreciated. By remembering
a few rules of thumb, your return can be processed as quickly
as possible.
- Completely fill out the return form on the back side of your
invoice and make a copy for your own records. NO returns will
be accepted without a copy of the original invoice.
- Return all new/unused product(s) in their original packaging
within 90 days.
- Send the package pre-paid (UPS or US Postal Service INSURED)

No COD or freight-collect shipments will be accepted. Credit
will be issued for merchandise only - no refunds on handling/shipping
charges unless it is our error.
