If there was a mistake or a change of mind in a purchase of a muffler, catalytic converter or pipe. If you made the mistake or you have changed your mind we only want to be reimbursed for our shipping cost and $5.00 for packaging. If it's our mistake we'll fix it, its that simple. So, before you buy anything at any web site check their re-stock fees - most companies charge a punishing huge 15%-20% re-stock fee.
Return Procedure
To return part(s) please click below and fill out the form. Please give us as
much information as possible so that we can expedite your return. We will
email you a Return Authorization number within 2-3 business days with a return
shipping address and complete shipping instructions. We can NOT accept returns
without an RA number. If the RA number is not written on the outside of the shipping
box, it will be returned to you. All returns must be postage paid; please note
that return shipping charges are not refundable. All returns must be packaged
properly; we are not responsible for damaged returns that occur as a result of
improper packing.

Return Policy
Within 25 business days of placing your order from The Exhaust Warehouse you may
return any wrong part(s). No returns will be accepted after 25 business days.
You must make sure that all parts are in their original condition, and cannot
be disassembled or damaged by incorrect installation. We are not responsible for
any labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses that occur as the
result of the installation of any wrong or defective parts. We are not responsible
for installation errors
Refunds
Refunds for returns take approximately 30 days to process and credit from the
date we receive your return at the warehouse. Once the return has been approved
and processed, the refund will be credited to the credit card you used to buy
the merchandise. Please be aware that your bank may take 3-5 business days to
post the credit to your account or credit card. If after 30 days, you have still
not received a credit please call us.
Cancellation Policy:
All orders are electronically processed and forwarded to our shipping department
immediately after the order is confirmed therefore, the window of opportunity
to cancel an order is limited. If you wish to cancel your order please call our
warehouse ASAP and we will do the best we can to cancel your order.
